This is a horrible company to deal with, not only do you wait minutes just to get an answering service. You actually dont speak to a real live person until a day after you call. I have canceled my account with them and they still took money out of my account. Needless to say the most disappointing part of this whole process is that they use Christianity to draw people to them.
