We used Addition Specialist to do our home remodel project in 2008-2009. They were very friendly and informative in showing us all of our options and worked closely with us in our budget for the project. Nir, the owner, was patent with us as this was our first time doing any changes to our house, and was very accommodating in handling the 3 big changes we made during the remodel. We are grateful to have had a contractor who understands the permitting process and the construction codes for California and who can work with the zoning department and planning department of our city (Torrance). That saved us much time and hassle. The project went very well and we are so pleased with our “new” house (we basically ended up remodeling the entire house). All of our friends are also impressed by the quality of work, material used and the modern (green) implementation of heating, water, and solar efficiency. Nir even helped us with the federal tax credits and California energy rebates. Highly recommend Addition Specialist for any remodeling job, big or small.
