Saved The Day

The last few days have been so frustrating. I am refinancing my home which has actually been an ordeal. They were asking for forms that I did not have nor did i understood how to complete them. When I called my refinancing company they did not answer,
nor call back, but yet I had a deadline for getting these documents in. I finally called Ameriestate Legal Plan, and explain the problem that I was having. They had completed our "living trust". They immediately advocated for me. I take my hat off to Margarita,
in customer service. She got their number and e-mail address and began conversing and communicating thru e-mails. In addition, Margarita went a step further and actually got the forms to them because they were not calling her back either. She kept in touch
with me via telephone calls and e-mails every step of the way. I was so grateful, because I was in the bed sick and so worried about these documents and not knowing how to correct the situation in a timely manner. I feel as though AmeriEstate Legal Plan has
one of the best customer service I have encountered. Thank you so much.
