I had applied with multiple companies to get assistance with my loan modification. This company was one that first contacted me. After reviewing multiple companies I decided to go with another firm. When lawyer/agent from this firm contacted me again I told him I had gone with someone else. He told me that it was a lawsuit for me to go with someone else and not contact him immediately afterwards. I'm very busy and don't have the time to contact everyone to tell them I no longer need their services. When I told him this he got really rude and impatient with me. He was short with me on saying goodbye and hung up before I got a chance to respond. His phone manner was rude and not worthy of my time. I would not recommend this company to anyone else if this is how they treat their potential clients.
