This company is a complete fraud in all aspects of there business they don't have any licensed people to do real estate or mortgages. If they cannot perform a loan mod they will not refund any money whatsoever. And they hire nothing but crooks and criminals. The only reason that I'm giving them a 1 star is because they wont go down to zero otherwise I would
