My husband and I went to this place and we were told we both need these glass. They pushed frames on us. For myself I was told that a plastic 1950’s style would weigh less then my current wire fames. I was told that these frames where the best. I spent over $400 out of pocket would have spent more but my insurance gave rebates. Point is I spent a lot for *Top of the Line* lens and frames. When I got the glasses and only could wear them for 2 hrs at a time I called back to have the problem fixed. I was told that I would have to pay more money out of pocket to get this fixed. I have already paid to much and this company and or Doctor will not fix this. It saddens me that we have come to a time that we do business and people take money and costumer satisfaction is no longer a goal its only to fill a pocketbook. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone and will be seeking a legal way to get this problem fixed. By the way I am not asking for the money back I just wanted my glasses fixed without speending more then I have spent. Now I have maxed for my insurance I can't go to another place for a year. and will wear my old glasses. I will go back to my old place which was Sears who I have always had good service.
