I own a 2006 Audi S4. I find the service department is very rude to customers, does not answer the phone and is unresponsive. My last dealing with the service department was when my S4 broke and I needed to call to schedule an appointment so the tow truck could drop it off. I called 5 times with no answer over a two hour period. When I finally got through, the response of the individual was "well sir we are very busy". This is my second Audi and will not buy a third due to the customer service or lack of in this dealership. I previously owned a Porsche and will not buy another because I would have to deal with the same service department.
