I have been doing business with Big State for at least a year now. I have been getting more sales calls than I like, but since they are not from Big State themselves, then I can't, in good faith, hold that against them. I enjoy the convenience of not always having to go searching or looking for what I need; I have a couple of salesman I do business with that seem to understand my needs and get me what I need. I had one issue not receiving what I needed, but Bob, their Customer service rep, got me what I needed. I have been reading some of the reviews posted on here, and I felt I should speak up and share my own experience. God bless...
