Took my car in for brakes and oil change. The mechanic who checked me in took my info, my keys, and immediately jumped on the phone. I waited for ten minutes to try and ask some questions and he sat and stared at me and continued talking the entire time. Extremely rude, should have taken my car and left right then. Four hours later I get a call telling me my rotors need resurfaced and they were going to charge me $150 to do so. I told the mechanic I was speaking with that I could replace the rotors for $40 each, half of what he wanted to charge to put refurbished parts on my car. He said that they were "inferior quality parts" if they were that cheap and the rotors that he would put on would cost double that. When I pointed out that would be the same price for new parts as he wanted to charge me for refurbishing the rotors his only response was "well, that's what I charge," and he refused to put on brand new rotors. I caught him trying to make a quick buck and a half for 20 minutes worth of work and when I returned to pick up my car without the new brakes five hours after I dropped it off he had an attitude and said "well I guess it's just $xx.xx for the oil change." They were fraudulent, refused to honor the coupon I brought in from their add, and extremely rude and short when trying to get information from them other than how much of my money they wanted.
