My review is based upon my experience with Community Legal Aid and lawyer Kevin P. Kelley. Eleonore Dutkus (paralegal) assign to my husband by her, for our case. I use to work for Community Legal Aid back from 1999 to 2000 So I should know how this two individuals team up like hungry wolfs devouring their clients, without any remorse or conscience. Our experience is been a nightmare, I realize how the paralegal and the lawyer are like a team to just steal from their clients. Per the paralegal response about the complaint made to BBB she stated that her business "Community Legal Aid" and Kevin P. Kelly are Not the same that she has nothing to do with the fees that the lawyers charges or the lawyer but that is false statement, if you go to her website you will see how in the home page it has a "Free consultation" advertisement, but don't be fool by the free consultation, after meeting with clients she tells the clients about lawyer Kevin P Kelley or the other lawyers she works with, which so happens to be at the office where she is at, in at the same time of your free consultation and the paralegal introduces him to the client, after they both (the paralegal and the lawyer) brain wash you they present to the client was call a "ATTORNEY/CLIENT RETAINER FEE AGREEMENT" which by the way if you take time to read this document before given your signature away she will complaint and act like if she is super busy, and gets upset like if she is hiding something. Please pay close attention to what you sign at this office because you will regret it. Per the statement that was mail to us from the lawyer and this office the total charge of the "free consultation" was $450.00 for 1.5 hours. Please if you ever go to this office not believing my review at least call the OCBA Orange County Bar Association (949) 440-6700 to check the name of the lawyer you are dealing with, it will save you so much and not only money but time and stress and a peace of mine!! You will find out how many complaints the Lawyer has in his file, and you will think if the above business had any ethic or morals or any values the business will not refer their clients to a bad lawyer Right? All I can say is whatever you sow is exactly what you are going to reap! God is a God of justice, and you cannot cover the sun with one finger, the truth comes out sooner or later. I hope this review is helpful for the community.
