Terrible customer service

I appreciate the company financing my car but they by far has the worst customer service in history. The only descent person I spoke with was my account manager. They make you want to just give the car back and count your loss if this is what you have to go through really. I hope that someone really the top really deals with there employees because they are keyboard bullies.
