Very bad customer service, very disrespectful people to deal with. I cant wait till my car is paid off so I dont have this relationship with them. In my years of dealing with this company I have only found one person to talk to that has any kind of respect for the clients. Do not deal with them, find another finance company. One time after my mother died and my son died on month later I had one lady call me and just yelled at me, I called back and stated she was never to call my house again, I didnt care what her position was but to never call me. They call me on my job many times,with deadlines, knowing full well Im at work and cant leave to make the payments, sometimes life gives you so many trials, they hardly work with you tho. This last time they called me at work arguing with me, my attorney even sent them a letter of protection, I fear they know Im going to pay this off soon so the rudeness gets worse, my attorney even called them and he called me back stating they were some characters and ignorant to the laws. My advise is get a different finance company, thats it, they should be out of business, my letter writing will start, anyone have any ideas, let me know at my email address of dhw423@yahoo.com
