not totally out of the woods but a good start

We were at the end of our ropes and needed help. We brought in Justin and CBS to try to clean up some significant issues. Mostly these were on the admin side but it was starting to seriously hinder our ability to complete projects. We really had no choice at this point but to bring in outside help to try and get us back on track. By no means was it an easy process but with Justins help we were able to pinpoint our weak points of communication between the job sites and our office. With his help we pretty much overhauled our whole estimating department and totally redid how we approach our reporting methodology. I am not sure if we are done but what we have accomplished so far is no small feat and its thanks to Justin and his whole team.
