I bought Chess game from Cosmi which do not runs after installation. I contacted microsoft support and they could not find out any problem in my machine. All other games were running fine. I asked Cosmi customer support and they did not provided the right solution. I wrote some follow up emails but i got no response.
So they are selling softwares which may not run on your standard operating systems and there is no support out there.
