While working with tax software, "Complete Tax", the program hung up. I was dreading the possibility of re-entering all the pages of data again, and the possiblity of not being able to re-enter the program, after having used the single-use 16 character activiation code. I was frustrated! However, I was able to figure out how to get back in and resume my data entry without having to re-enter the previous data. I completed and filed my taxes easily! Provided the interview questions were thorough enough, I was happy with the refund. The program is a good tool for semi-complicated tax preparation. Perhaps the program could allow a little more time (twice the time?) to allow a preparer (me) to look up the specific data in semi-complicated tax preparation.
