DMR Communications is the worst Telecom company to do business with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!! Here is my story: Originally I tried to cancel my contract in November 2011 and I was given a letter that stated that I would owe them $9,878.72. I then stopped the process. Then in February 2012, 3 months before the contract was to end I tried to cancel and was told that I would owe $3,292.91 I asked why and that told me that my contract ended the date that the service began. In May of 2012 I again tried to cancel my contract this time I was told that Sir Speedy was auto renewed back in April. Due to the fact that Sir Speedy printing was misled to keep us in a contract and lead to believe that the contract would be ending in August of 2012 which was the start date of service back in August 2009, but however the contract was auto renewed in April 2012 which is when the contract was signed in April of 2009. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!
