UNETHICAL TERRIBLE COMPANY

The worst company I've ever dealt with in over 30 years of business. They lied about their services to entice me to join, and then blamed ATT and others when it never worked properly and/or went down or was so slow, it was impossible to do business. Their "customer service" was a joke. They just took the call and said they'd look into it and get back to us, and then never called us. They told us they would send a technician, but no one would show up. They told us it was out of their hands, it was ATT's wiring... NOT TRUE. I was so frustrated I cancelled service and went back to ATT (which I also didn't like). Now, my service is 3 times faster than anything DMR could ever provide and it's stable. I tried to get in touch with management at DMR, but they wouldn't even tell me the name of the owner nor would anyone ever call back. Deceptive liars! Unethical. Abusive. Rude. Stay away!!
