Since selecting DMR Communications for my business telecommunications provider (I switched from AT&T) less than one year ago, I have had more telephone outages/down time than I had in the prior 20+ years that I was with AT&T. The most recent outage occurred today, which followed one that occurred less than a month ago. When I called the toll free telephone number to find out about the problem, the recorded message didn't even indicate that it was DMR Communications. Moreover, I couldn't leave a voice mail because the mail box was full. With today's outage, I requested that a customer representative call me to discuss the very poor service and no one has bothered to return my call. If I am able to terminate the service contract without penalty, I will do so immediately; of not, I will not renew the contract in January and I will return to AT&T. The small savings is not worth the drop in service that I have experienced. It took several complaints before they were able to rectify echoing in my telephone. I've had to have equipment replaced and technicians to my office several times in the past to clear up technical problems. I would not recommend DMR Communications to anyone for either personal or business telecommunications service.
