This is the WORST imprint ordering experience we have ever had. We regularly order imprinted items on behalf of our clients. From placing the order to multiple attempts to contact the art department to being told our order is in production when the item is actually of stock, we are honestly SHOCKED at the complete lack of communication and honesty from Discount Mugs. Because they dropped the ball numerous times our deadline has now been totally missed and our clients won't have their items for their event. Not only is our deadline blow, the customer service rep let us know their production department is 'overwhelmed and behind on many other orders.' Order imprinted items from ANYWHERE else!
