The website says orders are filled within 24 hours. I placed an order on 2/6. My credit card was immediately charged. I requested information regarding the order via their email address. I just did this early today but have not gotten a response. I've called their phone number for two days and all you get is an answering machine. Based on the experience I've had so far I won't order through them again.
