If you receive any item from Foreli, please bring to the reputable jewellers to check whether the item is genuine or not! Because the one that I receive felt so light (it looks thick but when you hold the ring, it is surprisingly light and the diamonds
doesn't look genuine either!) I ordered 2 rings, one of them has been cancelled because it does not match with the advertisement, I do not receive any refund for the order that the company has cancelled. They never send the item to me as it is cancelled before
it was shipped. It has been 4 weeks, I try to leave them messages to get my refund, but it always said 8 business days from their side (what does that even mean?) It has been a month, I have lost patience and reported them to IC3 and econsumer.gov. The other
ring that I receive from them I am going to bring it to the jewellers next week to see whether it is genuine or not! I asked Foreli to give me Return number so that I can return the ring, but so far no reply from the company. So bad service, so obviously a
scam! If it is too good to be true, it probably is!
