I recently placed one order with them, one too many. They sent me the wrong product and did call me back once, stating they would call me back the next day when they located the product I actually ordered and paid for. They actually sounded like they would try to fix the problem. I think what they were really doing was making sure my money went through. I have called them many times, I have e-mailed them many times- I get no feedback.
Please do not waste your money with them, there are other companies that sell the same products and hopefully the other companies will actually have customer service.
I think this company is a fraud, I do not know this as a fact, only they sure seem like that to me. Any good company will have more than one person working there, you would not always talk to a recorder- which is always the case here.
I hope this will save the next person frustration.
