DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They are a scam. We contacted them to help us with filing for joint custody. They seemed very willing to help us out and took our membership payment of $98.00. We spoke to a man named Tom Hutchinson who was suppose to be a case manager. Tom seemed to be very to help us and made it sound like we would get everything we wanted. He started to tell us what they wanted to put on the paperwook, but we told him we needed it to say something else. He told us that would not be a problem and for $750 they would do all of the paperwork for us. I told him we couldnt afford that, so he offered a payment plan. We then paid $100 to go toward this service. When they sent us the contract to sign for them to start the process is when we realized there was a problem. With the contract, we were also sent a list of what they wanted to put on the court papers. This list was the items he told he wanted to do when we first spoke to him, not what we told him we wanted on the papers. Basically, he read off of a script. We started researching the company o the internet and discovered all of the problems with this company. We contacted the company that day, which was only one day after we signed up, to cancel immediately. When we asked for a refund (after finally reaching someone), we were told they would only refund the $100 as a courtesy, but would not refund the $98 because we talked to the case manager. When I told them all he did was read off of a script, they told me that I talked to him and therefore I used their services. It has been almost a month, and no refund. They just say it is being processed. I spoke to my bank, since I used my bank card, I cancelled the card so no additonal charges could be made on it. They also had me file an affidavit to try and get my money back since they didnt provide the services expected. This company is definatly a scan and I dont recommend anyone to use them.
