SCAM and Very Underhanded DO NOT BUY

I have had American Homeshield and had minor issues with their service, so I decided to try First American Home Buyers because they were cheaper also. I paid for the extra coverage and my first claim was today and it was denied. I had to pay $60 before the service tech would even look at the problem. I have a sewage drain line under my house that is leaking and I noticed it by the smell inside our house. I HAVE READ MY CONTRACT and this should be covered they are saying it is prexisting because it is a galvanized pipe that has worn over the years. This is crazy!! Yes they do wear over years but the leak just started so its not prexisting. Everything wears over years so if that is their reason to decline nothing would be covered. I got the warranty because things wear over time and tear up. I never had a claim turned down by American Homeshield. Now I have SEWAGE going under my house when we use the bathroom and they wont fix it. DO NOT BUY FIRST AMERICAN HOME BUYERS PROTECTION CORP. Very upset and shocked about this, and yes I will join in a class action.
