someone come out and fix our plumbing. We were told by First AM that nobody could come out until after Memorial Day. May 28….FINALLY somebody come out from AP plumbing here in VA. It turns out this company’s equipment is broke and he could not service us.
The next day (May 29) somebody comes out from AP and determines that he cannot fix issue, but needs a camera to see what is going on with plumbing problem. He implies that he would call my husband and they would have somebody some and look at the issue with
a camera. May 30th: NOBODY CALLED, NOBODY SHOWED UP!! Horrific customer service! We call First AM about the problem May 29th, and you assign another local Plummer (On the Go Plumbing). May 30: NOBODY CALLED, NOBODY SHOWED UP from On the Go Plumbing!!! I have
been on the phone with First AM through today June 1st. I am informed by you all that NOW, STILL nobody can come out until June 3 (Monday). So here we are again! Plumbing in still backed up, cannot wash clothes, sink still backed up, and dishwasher not working!
