I am very disappointed with the service provided by the Florida Housing Program. I was promised that there would be some type of resolution with my mortgage company and there was no resolution. I was told that the company was going to have me placed on a forbearance agreement with my mortgagee. The constant falsifications were frustrating and getting in contact of my representative proved challenging. I started the process in October of 2009 and nothing was done until June 2010 when the mortgagee said that we didn't qualify. Don't be duped by companies that make false promises. With the new regulations in place you are much better off contacting your mortgage company directly for help instead of paying this company outrageous fees for nothing.
