I went to freeway insurance office in victorville on 3/2/11 to make some changes to my insurance policy. Jeny guzman was the broker who stuck it to me. She advised that I complete all paperwork for new policy and if I found a better deal elsewhere to call one day before the new policy set to start and that she would not process until 3/5/11. I went to their office on 3/4/11 to tell them I found a better deal and that I didn't want the new insurance through them. Jeny guzman and her manager told me that they had already prossesed the insurance and that they couldn't cancel it. This company lied to my and although I gave them a written request the refused to cancel auto insurance transaction or policy update.
