Wonderful sales experience! I found a car online that I was very interested in. Ralph, sales, told me about the car and sent pictures via email, it was so new to them the pictures were not posted yet. Within 1 day the car was financed, travel was arranged, and the car was marked sold!
We were picked up at our hotel Sat morning and drove to Galles. Everyone was friendly and excited for us. We test drive the car, had service put it on a lift, and even had On Star and XM enabled for our drive back to St. Louis.
Ralph called Monday morning to see how the drive went and how I liked the car.
Excellent service guys! Painless in every way, and we had a wonderful time with you all!
