Worst experience with a dealership ever. Walked in with approved credit, down payment, and tenative verbal agreement. Sales staff unable to calculate sticker price, trade value, down payment total, then add amount of trade pay off to get accurate payment and loan value. Told 3 different times ok thats a deal by the sales staff, then a new person would come in and say "the big guy" (owner) is going to get mad if we make this deal. Received financial advice from sales staff who stated "take the money you are going to put down and pay off other bills you may have and come back later." What kind of dealership turns away a pre-approved loan, down and a decent trade? I have good credit, approved for more than price of vehicle with Honda Financial, and had cash down payment of 25% of sticker price on vehicle. Very humiliating experience. Wonder if it is because I am a woman who went in alone. When I was ready to leave in my old vehicle and asked for my keys back, the salesman dangled the keys to the new car in my face with a smile questioning if I was really leaving. You bet I left.
