Totally agree with everyone!!!!!... Do NOT use their "services". I had to pay $3750.00 upfront for loan modification.. I was also promised I pre-qualified for a 31% "discount" on mortgage payments from the approved modification... It's going to be 2 years in September that everything started.. Now, I'm fighting my money back and they wont pick up the phone, I just get Amber's voice mail and she NEVER returns phone calls... I also spoke to a Dan (who was supposed to review the case in regards of reimbursement) about 3 months ago and nothing yet!... all the paperwork they were asking me to give to them was reflected on my online mortgage payment account! I could've done what they did... They are charging me approx $55 per phone call they did to the lender!! In December everything was denied by my lender and if I would've called 10,000 times they would've never called me to let me know..I found out about this in mid-end of January. Michael K. who is our "lawyer" NEVER spoke to us directly, I don't know how he looks or how he sounds... They are just horrible overall.. They lie, don't return phone calls, and get your hopes up, and steal... DO NOT USE!!! Be aware!!
