I choose to use Hope 2 months ago, I signed up in April, and of course at first i was very nervous didn't really want to pay 795.00, but after considering different options , this was by far the best solution, being a non-profit company, they never asked me to pay for any of there services, which was a relief because GOD knows i was a real pain in the butt, but they helped through the whole process and in exactly 42 days i received the response from the lender which lowered my payments and brought my rate from a 6.25% down to 2.5%, I couldn't be happier, before going with hope i went to law firm that took over a year to respond to me with a final answer, and of course the answer was not good , but i didn't give up, after searching and searching i finally received a card in the mail to call HOPE, and sure enough my prayers were answered, THANK YOU SO MUCH HOPE , I wish everyone the same success as I have received. GOD bless for all your efforts in assisting us in completing our modification.
