I have received some good deals from this company. However, I was disappointed when they did not honor their internet add and did not give me a 20% reduction in costs on my order. They said later on that it was an advertising mistake. I complained to them and the complaints went unanswered until I filed a complaint with the BBB in California. It was only then that they answered the complaint about their false advertising. Beware of their adds because they fall back on a disclaimer which they say absolves them of all wrongdoing with advertising. I'm still waiting for my check from them for the 20% discount on my order.
