I don't understand this rating there is no complaints or anything bad about this company but they have a C rating. The reason that this does not make sense is because I purchased a policy from a gentleman named John Stec about seven months ago (May 2009) and everything that he told me has been entirely true. So you see why I don't understand this rating especially when there is nothing written about them to rate them on. I purchased an open enrollment plan with Intellicare and me and my wife both love the policy. We have both used this plan several times, since starting the policy back in May, and only paid $34 out of pocket between the two of us for a couple doctor visits and some lab work as well. I am glad I didn't look at this site before doing business with them because, I probably wouldn't have bought the policy. And I would not have this plan that I have now and pleases both me and my wife. So if you read this don't go by there rating it couldn't be more wrong well I hope this may help someone put there. Do not worry Head Quarter Insurance is an A+ company in my eyes and will be in yours if you decide to purchase a policy from them.
