Unfortunately their products don't last
|
I was initially impressed with Hypercel's products -- they look great, and seem very high quality. I ordered a dashboard smartphone stand, an FM transmitter for cell phones, and an Apple lightning cable. The prices were good, and I got my order right away.
But within a month, both the the stand and the transmitter stopped working. The stand's internal workings broke, and it wouldn't clamp down on the phone anymore. And the transmitter just faded out; and a new battery wouldn't fix it. I returned the stand to
the company -- they were very nice about it, and sent a replacement. But the new stand broke, in exactly the same way, after the same amount of time. The lightning cable worked great, until iOS7 when all non-OEM cables stopped working, which isn't Hypercel's
fault. Anyway, I bought three products, and now none of them work.
