I made the terrible mistake of signing up with this company on 5/12/11. First of all this company claims to have an A- rating with the BBB. Check the BBB website and you will see that the BBB has requested additional information from this company and they never replied. FYI that is the first red flag! I asked about this and was told that the BBB charges $29,000 to upgrade your rating, and they didn't feel they need to pay all of that money. First of all, money should not be an issue when it comes to your customers especially if you are trying to assure people that your are honest. I mean really what is there to hide why not respond back to the BBB? This company goes through a lot to convince you that they really will help you. As the old saying goes buyer beware!
I signed up with this company and was told that I would receive a copy of my credit report and agreement mailed and faxed to me. I called this company back on 5/16/11 to cancel the agreement because I never received the credit report/agreement by fax or emai1. I was told by Richard that the agreement and credit report had been sent and I should check again. I rechecked my email and fax and still nothing from this company. I requested to cancel this agreement and holy moly Richard puts George on the phone. George is supposed to be the manager or whatever he calls himself. Anyway George was trying his best to convince me not to cancel my agreement. George became very defensive,rude and disrespectful and started to harass me because I no longer wanted there service. George accused me of erasing the email/fax that his company sent but how could I erase something that I never received? Needless to say the pushy sales tactics did not work with me nor have they ever! I was told that I had to fax a written statement saying that I wanted to be removed from this program.
Please be aware that this company is just an undercover cash cow and they charge over $500 just for literature that's supposed to help you! Also please keep in mind that if you don't cancel this agreement before the 1st payment is due you will be obligated for the full price of the literature. Please stay away from these people they are nothing but crooks in disguise.
