Avoid this company! I ordered a set of tail lights for my 06 Explorer. They advertised them for 03 and up models. When the arrived, they were not compatible with mine. I was asked to fill out an RMA to retun them, followed by a request for fittment issue pictures. After inquiring on the status, I was once again asked to complete an RMA then again asked for more pictures. Fed up, I called into the company and the manager on duty admitted fault and would take care of it and send a return shipping label. Lastly I was then emailed with a return shipping address and was informed they will not pay the return shipping cost. I strongly advise you find a different source for your auto parts needs. I hate to even give these idiots 1 star!
To update my post I reluctantly returned the lights at my own expense, $40 out of my pocket only to have them then say the lights are damaged and will not be issueing a refund. This company will do anything to relieve responsibility from themselves!
