Not sure if this will even reach anyone before they waste their money on a "high-end" pair of sunglasses but I thought it was worth mentioning just in case it does help someone. This company is seriously a joke and their products are not worth the price tag. They've been "working" on a warranty issue with my frames (which fell apart after 6 months) since January and they can't get it right. At the end of Dec. '10 my frames started peeling on the inside and then part of the side label fell off and I mean it fell off as I did not damage them. I took them back to the store where I bought them. At that time I also bought a new lens as I'd scratched one badly. Kaenon replaced the frame, but not the lens. So they went back. The frame came back with a new lens, but they sent me a defective frame as in part of the label on the arm had fallen off. So, they sent the store another pair which was also defective from a chip incurred while the lenses got swapped out. At this point I decided to contact Kaenon directly. They seemed concerned and offered to work with me directly at which point I sent in my glasses. A new pair came back and it too was defective as it too was chipped from replacing the lens. Then I discovered another problem which was caused when they swapped out the lenses. The lenses had compression issues that arose from the new frames. When I emailed them telling them this they automatically acted as if it was my fault. I sent them back, which now is a month ago from the day I write this. They told me I'd have my glasses back on April 11 and I have still not gotten them (it's now April 28). I've emailed them twice since then and spoken to a manager yesterday and they have never gotten back to me about my glasses. So, you have a company that offers supposed high-end products that are in reality very poor quality topped off with horrible customer support. Stick with more reputable sunglasses like Oakley, Rayban or even my old Spy's that I put prescription lenses in are way better then the crap this company pawns off as high-end.
