HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought 2016 Soul in Sept 2016 in Mar 2017 rcvd 4K worth of hail damage. Because I financed thru the KIA Financial group the check was made to both of us. Decided to go to the KIA BODY SHOP for repairs. What a freaking joke! When the vehicle was supposedly finished it took the finance folks 7 days to get check from Atlanta to Greenwood SC (which is about 1.5 hours from each other). I called and called and called, the body shop would not release the vehicle until they were paid. Finance kept lying stating they sent check. On top of all that the repairs were not completed PLUS they caused even more damage to the Soul. Now they are ignoring my calls and when I stop into the shop the person I need to talk to "MIKE" is not in. Kia Finance's response " Voluntarily submit for repossession of the vehicle or keep on the body shop until they cave and do the repairs." OMG seriously???? So what do you think will happen if I stop making the payments?!!!!. BTW that was a supervisor that told me that!!!!
