Waste of Money, Multiple Fees, Very Bad Experience, NOT Recommended

This company has very good sales people and tricky advertisement. As soon as they get you on board expect unpleasant surprises. We are a low volume CC processing company. We needed low monthly cost CC merchant company. That's what they promised us. I signed up with them on non-contract base with very low rate. We got the first statement, we couldn't figure out how to read it. Pages and pages, Lines and lines of numbers. Very confusing. Every transaction calculated in different way. Every other statement new fees come up. Non stop fees and fees. How about $295 a year PCI compliance Fee. We had to pass some online tests and after that still being charged for that. I called in, made a big scandal and they removed it. later on, we had "monthly statement fee", "Low Volume Fee", "Processing Fee", etc. Last months before I canceled them we had bills of $40 or more of just fees and about $10-15 of actual CC charges.
If you want to save, this is definitely not a good choice, but very bad choice of CC processing company. It took me three month to close an account with them.
