This was simply the worst experience I ever had with a business EVER in my entire life. I would gave zero start s if that was possable! The owner of this business called me to interrigate me like i was his child when it came down to me getting ready to rent from another landlord. I told them 3 days after the first of feb that i was leaving (my lease was up feb 1st) and that I been trying to contact them but their offices were closed for the weekend of the 1st. They told me that because of 3 days I was responaible for the full rent of febuary. I felt this was not fair because they had people looking at the place while i was still living there... there was one time i was unable to have anyone there to see the place because my dog was loose in the home and i didnt want to cause an issue with my dog not liking people just walking into my home with out me there. The owner called me and intrriogated me as to why i couldnt show the place... he asked things like wheres your family live?, Wheres your dog stay?, where do you work?, whats your work hours? ect...
And not only did he ask me a million personal questions he was VERY RUDE I can not explain how that man was talking to me... it made me sick
Now they call me and tell me that they are sending me my deposit back and that they need my new address so i gave it to them and they sent me a BILL not my money back... thay charged me for the utility bill for the full month of febuary even tho i had my utilities at another home AND the bill they sent me was in their name!!
also they are charging me for pet stains on the floor even tho i paid a pet deposit and pet rent (which is what that money it there to fix) and they refuse to admit that i dont owe half this money!
Overall this company is very shady and I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to EVER rent form these people.
