I want to 1st start off by saying THANK YOU for saving my home! I was current on my mortgage but just living paycheck to paycheck. I was always raised on making sure you paid your bills. I contacted Bank of America and asked for assistance. They flat out told me I would have to be behind 3 months on mortgage. I received a notice in the mail and read the Pre-Approval numbers on the document. I thought it was to good to be true. I called the phone number on the document and spoke to Michael Garcia at ext 235. He had a lot of information regarding the program.He did tell me that NOT EVERYONE qualified. So I thought to myself, I knew I wasn't going to qualify. He told me just to take an application down and try. (BOY AM I GLAD I DID.) It took them not even a FULL day to let me know I fit the program guide lines for the program. I paid them their Attorney Retainer Fee $3495.00 to assist me on this matter. The process took exactly 42 days to receive my restructured loan. I went from 5.75%, 30 year fixed at a balance of $358,764.14 with a payment of $2,201.98 to 2.65% 30 year fixed, reduced balance to $279,893.77 with a NEW payment of $1,236.20!!! Thank you Michael and Litigation Law Group for doing something that my own bank wouldn't do for me! As I promised Michael I sent him a Thank you card long with 2 other folks I knew that could maybe need their service. My brother called Michael and Michael explained to him that after taking the application, he didn't fit any programs and there was NOTHING Litigation Law Group could help him with. My cousin on the other hand is in process and it has been 21 days and she LOVES the fact they keep her updated on any status. Thank you once again Litigation Law Group and Michael Garcia!
