I’m someone who looks likes to do their homework. I research and look up licenses (if applicable) and I read the reviews left by others. I was very pleased when I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau that they hold an A+ rating -

and after taking my car down to Geoff at Mesman I saw why. Since then, I have never nor will I ever let anyone else touch my car. I cannot begin to properly articulate or express exactly the level of reassurance in knowing that I'm leaving my vehicle (2002 Toyota Celica) not only in the skilled hands of highly-trained & knowledgeable professionals, but more importantly that I don't have to worry or concern myself with feeling as though I'm being "taken for a ride" having been billed with erroneously ambiguous and often times unnecessary charges. The entire staff at Mesman Motors are such a pleasure to deal with & always take the time to thoroughly walk you through every inch of the process in layman’s terms (for those of us who aren't savvy in "car lingo"). They truly understand the importance of & maintaining good customer relationships which I've witnessed and have experienced personally.
Don’t listen to me…do your own homework or just take your car down there and give them a try. If you’re not completely satisfied you don’t have to return. BUT if you are, I guarantee you will never take your car anywhere else.
