I am very happy with the service I received at Mortgage Restructuring Solutions. Harvey was great to work with and followed through until the job was done. As everyone is aware, getting a loan modification is a very difficult process and MRS went above and beyond for me. I had two loans that both were candidates for modification. Their hard work and assistance resulted in saving me money on my monthly payments, bringing my loan status current and all the steps that were necessary in getting my loan modification approved. Harvey assigned Steffanie to my files and I have been extremely happy with all the work she has done. She really went beyond any expectation I could have hoped for. She kept in communication with me consistently and followed through with the entire process.
Sadly, it’s so often you hear of scams in this arena. People lose their home and what they have spent a lifetime paying for when this occurs. My experience with Harvey at Mortgage Restructuring Solutions was quite the opposite. He told me he wouldn’t take me on as a client unless he knew I was a legitimate candidate. This impressed me from the start. He followed through until both loans were approved for trial modification. This saved me almost $700/month in payments for the life of the loans and cured a $60,000 delinquency between the two. As soon as I complete my trial modification, my loans will be considered current with no delinquency. If you ad up the monthly payment savings until the homes are paid off, thats over $180,000. Simply amazing! Great job by Harvey and MRS. I give them 5 Stars!!
