This company showed up at our house in a rented Ryder truck. They tried to charge us based on cubic feet rather than the per pound. The estimate was for 2300 and we gave a detailed list of our belongings. They couldn't fit a lot of our furniture in the truck and then charged us $7000. It's day 18 and we have been playing phone tag and they hung up on us 3 times. Our belongings are missing. This company used to be called Shiva Transport and it was shut down. The owner runs it from his rented condo and goes by the names of Shay and Sean.
