Nara Bank is a horrible bank!!!
I lost my check book in Texas which they do not even have banks except New York and Sothern California and when i called to place my account on hold. They wouldn't allow my account to be on hold until I told them about 10 to 15 times that I'm at Texas at the moment and there is no banks here.
Finally after 1 hour and talking to 5 people or more, they agreed to place my account on hold until i came back to Los Angeles.
I also wanted to check my balance for any fraud issues but their automated service won't even work especially in the weekends.
Nara Bank is very unprofessional and I'm afraid that i will have fraud issues very soon which i can't close my account at this moment until this is taken care of.
