i recently got a folding utility trlr thru this co and got it and the 2 boxes were damaged and prts missing. i ended up calling the parts division manager. i ask him if they inspect there trlrs coming in from tiawan and he said unfortunately no. i said u should because you wouldnt have alot of complaints on your website about these trlrs.
and they are there. there inspection ppl are not doing there jobs. if i was the where house manager id inspect every box that came in from china or anywhere over seas. because i for one dont trust them. look at toys are us and the recalls......from china......... ms west jordan utah. but this co is sending me my parts by this fri 10 13 07. and 25$ gift card. yippie. i feel special. so buyer beware dealing with this co.
very disatisfied.
