This company mailed printer ribbons to two different branches without authorization. In addition, they charged more than 10x what we could have purchased them for through Staples or a similar vendor.
The invoice states that there is a 30-day window to return the ribbons, but it did not come until a few days prior to the 30-day window. We tried to rectify the situation by calling them immediately when we received the invoice, but they just have an answering machine hooked up. We left messages, but did not get a return call. The only time we finally received a call back was when we told them that we would file a complaint with the BBB unless we heard back promptly.
We talked to the BBB, who felt that the proper response would be to post a review.
