Just like the last review posted- Our company was sent several ribbons as well, over charging us to boot! Just today via UPS we recieved another 2 boxes of ribbon from this supplier without an order, and addressing it with the attention of an individuals name. Thankfully, we saw this and refused the boxes. We tried calling the company, of course it's an auto answering message system, claiming to call back. They deserve no stars, but 1 is manditory.
