I have to disagree with the 2 previous reviews on here. I went online and ordered an engraved humidor for my husband. He is retired from the Army, so I ordered him the glass top engraved Army humidor. I sent along a message to have someone call me, as I needed to have it by the 1st of July and I wanted to have his name and rank engraved on it as well. I received a phone call that evening and was told they would make sure that I got it by Friday and there would be no extra charge for the shipping. It arrived as promised and it was beautiful, just lovely. I was so proud to see it and knew my husband would love it. I have no "IDEA" what company the past 2 folks were working with, but this was not the customer service I received from them. I had such a great response from them I am going to be ordering another humidor for my brother-in-law. Thank you Robert for your great support to the US Army and other branches of service. I will make sure that everyone who opens this humidor knows that we got it from Premium Humidors. Sara E.
