I placed an order on 9/16 for an engraved humidor starter kit. I paid extra for it to be shipped out the next day. After not receiving a shipment confirmation email, I called on Wednesday and they told me they were updating their software and it would be shipped shortly, but they would refund the shipping. I told them that I needed it for the following Monday for a birthday present. On 9/20 I called to cancel the order since it still hasn't been shipped - they told me that it can't be cancelled since it was already engraved, but it would be going out that day. I called about 20 times today (9/26) before I talked to someone, and they informed me that it has not been shipped or engraved!! They cancelled my order in about 5 minutes. Now I have to go find one locally since it is already 2 days past my boyfriend's birthday. Let's see how long it takes them to refund my credit card...
